Medicare Savings Program (MSP) may be able to help pay for certain Medicare costs if you are eligible to enroll. Medicare Savings Programs are for those who receive Medicare benefits and who have limited countable income and assets. MSPs include Qualified Medicare Beneficiary (QMB), Specified Low Income Medicare Beneficiary (SLMB), Specified Low Income Beneficiary Plus (SLMB+), and
Qualified Disabled and Working Individual (QDWI). You can apply online, over the telephone, by mail, or in person (contact the Northern Income Maintenance Consortium to submit an application via phone or to schedule an appointment).
