Community Support Programs (CSP) help individuals living with severe and persistent mental illnesses to remain in the community while enhancing the quality of their lives. Each individual entering a CSP is assigned a case manager who develops a treatment plan with the individual, provides support and outreach, and assists in coordinating other services.
