Northland Counseling Services offers a variety of behavioral health services to individuals, couples, and families in northern Wisconsin.
Northland Counseling Services accepts many insurance plans, which frequently cover part or all of the cost of therapy. We also accept Medicare, Badger Care, and Medical Assistance clients. For those without insurance, Northland Counseling Services offers a self-pay sliding fee scale.
Northland Counseling Services provides emergency mental health services through its 24-hour crisis line, Mobile Crisis Unit, and Crisis Bed Program. The Crisis Bed program in Ashland is an alternative to psychiatric inpatient hospitalization and offers assessment, short-term stabilization, and referral. Emergency services are available to residents of all ages in Ashland, Bayfield, Iron, Price, and Sawyer Counties.
