Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) » Iron County

The Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) provides funds to assist low-income households with water and wastewater bills. Eligibility is based on income, household size, and water/utility burden. The Wisconsin Department of Administration works with Energy Services, Inc. for LIHWAP application intake. Eligible applicants for LIHWAP will need to apply and qualify for Wisconsin Home Energy Assistance Programs.
