The Red Cliff Community Health Center’s mission is compassionate health and wellness services centered on our customers, their families and communities. Our vision is complete and integrated services for healthy living. The Red Cliff Community Health Department is devoted to making healthy living achievable in our community. We engage the community and address emerging public health issues through education and services. Services include Women, Infants & Children (WIC), Environmental Health, Home Visiting (medication setup & delivery, diabetes management, post-surgery check-in, wound care), medial transportation, community education, and smoking cessation.
