indiGO (formerly North Country Independent Living) is a non-profit agency empowering people with disabilities in Northwestern Wisconsin. IndiGO provides a wide variety of services and programs for people with disabilities in all ADRC-North counties. Services include: 

• INFORMATION & REFERRAL about disability-related issues, resources and services;
• PEER SUPPORT;
• INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS TRAINING including goals involving budgeting, transportation, communication, health, and housing;
• ADVOCACY including self-advocacy or engagement in activities designed to affect positive change in local, state, and federal systems affecting persons with disabilities;
• YOUTH TRANSITION SERVICES to assist students with disabilities to reach measurable post-secondary goals;
• TRANSITION SERVICES that assist with transition from nursing homes or other institutions to residential and community-based living;
• ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY including information and help with assistive technology for all facets of independent living. WisTech Device Loan and Demonstration Program for adaptive equipment is available for persons with disabilities to “try out” and evaluate before seeking funding. Wisloan and Telework Programs may be able to help qualified individuals with funding to acquire the technology they need;
• INTEGRATED EMPLOYMENT;
• ACCESSIBILITY including information, or a referral to another resource, on architectural accessibility guidelines for public buildings, private homes & private businesses;
• BENEFITS COUNSELING;
• TRANSPORTATION including Transportation Voucher Program and Volunteer Driver Program; and
• PERSONAL CARE PROGRAM.
