The Wisconsin Lions Foundation (WLF) Hearing Project serves Wisconsin’s needy individuals who are hard of hearing, cannot afford to purchase a hearing instrument, and do not qualify for any existing state-funded financial assistance programs. Financial guidelines apply. Individuals requesting assistance from the Hearing Project must complete an application for financial assistance, which is downloadable from the WLF website.
