Although the primary focus of the program is to help low income entrepreneurs start new business, the program also provides business development services to entrepreneurs to preserve or increase jobs at existing qualifying businesses. Services are available in Ashland (except the city of Ashland), Barron, Bayfield, Burnett, Clark, Iron, Price, Rusk, Sawyer, Taylor, and Washburn Counties.
