The City of Washburn & County of Bayfield Housing Authority offers a variety of rental assistance programs and rental units scattered throughout the City of Washburn and Bayfield County to low- and moderate-income families. Programs offered include the Rural Development Multifamily program, the Housing and Urban Development program, and the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program.

Bayfield: Seagull Bay Apartments, Rittenhouse Commons, Bayfield Apartments, and Whispering Pines Apartments.
