The mission of the Wisconsin Council of the Blind & Visually Impaired is to promote the dignity and empowerment of the people in Wisconsin who are blind and visually impaired by providing services, advocating legislation and educating the general public. Services include advocacy on local, state, and federal levels; free education and information services; and vision services (some one-on-one vision services may have fees or be available only in certain areas of Wisconsin).
