* Vocational Rehab & Employment Services for individuals with disabilities who need additional assistance in obtaining and retaining a job.
* Day & Recreational Services provide opportunities for individuals with developmental or physical disabilities to explore and achieve training and experiences that allow them to achieve their maximum level of independence in life.
* Maple Leaf Group Home – for ambulatory adults with disabilities.
* Community Supported Living – designed to help individuals live in their home with support, including services that provide transportation, chores, companionship, and personal care. Private pay rates are offered.
* Community Support Program – services offered in partnership with Iron County Human Services.
* Transportation – Low cost, door-stop service for both medical and non-medical rides. Three buses offer regular routes in the local area.
